About the Book

This small contribution is only made possible because of my early professional training as an historian of ideas, combined with the privilege of knowing personally some of the wise and significant Christian leaders of our time. Now at the end of my life, approaching being a centenarian, I have lived to witness major cultural changes. My motive for writing this book is to encourage a new generation that may feel like David; a small youth facing the giant Goliath.

Be not afraid! The Lord is with those that put their trust in Him.

You brought me out of the womb;
You made me trust in you, Even at my mother’s breast.
From birth I was cast on you; From my mother’s womb,
You have been my God! (Ps. 22: 9-10)
